I’ll say it again:
Don’t settle for a spark…light a fire instead.
This is my new favorite saying.
It inspired this kick-in-the-pants (or kick-in-the-muse) post.
This saying fits so well with my topic for this week.
This week I’m talking about IDEAS…and, well, fires.
Lots of fires.
It’s the first day of March. New Year’s resolutions may have fallen by the wayside. You’re back into the boring routine of life. But why?
Light a fire.
Start something new.
Inspire YOURSELF for a change, rather than looking outside for ideas.
How DO you get your best ideas?
Internally or externally? It’s probably a combination.
My best ideas come from 3 places:
-Inspiration (not the typical “inspiration”)
This week I want to share with you how I come up with ideas, what I do with my ideas (or don’t do with them) and how I come up with ideas even when my “muse well” runs dry.
I also want to hear from you.
How do you get your best ideas?
How do you keep track of them?
What activities help you overflow with ideas?
How do you keep the ideas flowing even when the fickle (cough)slut(cough) muse is gone?
Light a fire this week, people!
