Maximum Output: Do 3 things this week – Lifestyle Design in action

Here’s to Monday!

How’s the maximum output for June challenge going?

Great, I hope.

Remember, each day is a new opportunity for maximum output. Don’t give up entirely if you have a bad day. Shake it off and conquer tomorrow.

In addition to the challenge, I have a request.

3 things you should do this week.

Very simple tasks that will make a world of difference in your life.

I, too, will be doing these three things this week.

1. De-clutter your inbox.

How many newsletters or RSS feeds do you subscribe to that you actually read? Go through your inbox and unsubscribe to the ones you don’t read. It’ll help you de-clutter and help email marketers have better open rates.

2. Pick up that piece of trash you keep stepping over.

Figuratively or literally. What’s the one small task you keep “stepping over”? One piece of trash for me is this one still unpacked box of clothes in my bedroom that I’ve had since I moved. Instead of unpacking it, I just keep washing clothes and throwing them into the box for easy access. Lazy, yes, but no one said I was perfect.

Pick up that piece of trash in your life. You’ll be so much happier when you do.

3. Design something about your work day.

Lifestyle design in action, people. Whether you work for yourself or someone else-whether you’re a CEO or an intern– You CAN design something about your day that fits who you are.

Maybe it’s a morning break to have a cup of yogurt. Maybe it’s an afternoon nap. Maybe it’s a noon dance break. Maybe it’s talking to your boss about working remotely on Fridays. Whatever it is, make it happen.

It doesn’t have to be big, it just needs to: a. be something that fits who YOU are, and b.  make you HAPPY!

Pick something and make it happen. I, myself, will probably go for a nap. *yawn*
